Westport engaged The Culture Collective to provide a fresh perspective and conduct an extensive audit due to the amount of time and money being spent in an overwhelming number of wellbeing approaches and initiatives. Our goal was to ensure our investments were strategic and effective in providing optimal outcomes for all. Additionally, we aimed to build the capacity of all staff and refine our practices for whole-school consistency in our chosen focus areas.
